The Price Estimator will calculate your monthly billing based on the following subscription cost as per our terms and conditions:
- Monthly access fee – $132.00. Primary user (1 user)
- Additional system user fee – $2.64 per user / per day
- Additional trainer user fee – $1.32 per user / per day
- Included data storage – 80 gigabyte
- Additional data storage – 11 cents per gigabyte per month
- SMS messaging units – 14 cents per message unit

Please note. When calculating the monthly billing for the number of days per month for additional system users and trainers a notional factor of 30.416 is used to calculate the number of days in the month. This is 365 divided by 12 and is used just for the purpose of the price estimator. In real life, if there is only 28 days in the month, you will only be billed for 28 days.
We offer one plan for everyone. The base cost of using the system month to month is $132.00. That provides you a single concurrent system user. If you want more system users to access the system at the same time, then you simply register a new user and that will cost an additional $2.64 for each day that user is registered. You can add and remove system users whenever you would like to control your costs. We debit your nominated credit card at the end of each monthly billing period based on your actual usage. There are no locked-in contracts or annual license fees. This is purely a pay as you go software helping you to manage your cash flow and putting you in control.
